Melati Gimlet

Inspired by the traditional Gimlet, originally made with gin and lime juice. Served chilled in a martini glass or over ice in a rocks glass.

Ingredients

Fresh Orange Juice: 1 part

Honey: Just a touch

Garnish: Grapefruit peel

Method

Dissolve honey in the orange juice in a glass or shaker.

Add Melati Classic and ice then stir or shake until chilled.

Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a grapefruit peel.
